The coffee here is my new favorite. I’m from Seattle so Starbucks has always been my go to but I’ve been missing out on Dunkin because it is so much better tasting. Staff are friendly and address concerns as needed.
Came from Durham to visit my daughter who lives here in mebane- wow such bad service not to mention I get to the house and a donut is missing from the dozen. My coffee was not as ordered I had to add more sugar and ask for cream. So many working and running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Not organized at all. Guess I won’t be stopping here again. Didn’t get my receipt as well to make complaint about missing donut and it’s just a donut but donuts are not cheep...read full review

I ordered online for drive thru pick up, the drive thru line did not move for 5-7 minutes. I got out of the line, parked and went in only to find at least 8 people waiting instead. My order was ready inside. They did not have enough people working at all. The service being so slow peoples drinks were melting, all the cold foam on my drink was melted. Not impressed at all.
