Let me be honest and say upfront that I’m not a big Subway fan. I was picking up lunch for my son and his friend on a Sunday afternoon. There was a line and only one lady working behind the counter by herself. Bless her heart, she was doing the best she could. But for those in a hurry, it would not have been fast enough, and a line was forming. Thankfully, I did not have a time limit and my son had me to pick this up for him. Otherwise, he would have definitely been late...
