Drive thru was long so decided to go inside and order the food to go. New person was running the counter and should have had help from his manager(but didn't),as you could tell he was overwhelmed and didn't know what he was doing. Service took FOREVER, and the food was cold before he even finished getting everything prepared. I didn't order anything crazy either...a nugget kids meal for my daughter, Son of a bacconator meal for myself, and 2 frosties. My sandwich...

Slow slow slow. How do you run out of baked potatoes? How long does it take to make burgers and fries? My goodness this place is tiring. It took 15 mins to get 3 burgers when there was no one in line. I think Chick fil completed 15 in orders while I waited
September 2025
Whoever was running the shift on 08/29/25 at 8:10pm EST should be admonished and/or fired because I sat at the speaker for 10 minutes in silence before leaving. Wendy’s food is good, but waiting 10 minutes just to order FAST food isn’t worth it. Usually I’ve had good experiences, but my wife has had this happen before too and it sours the rest.
