$18.05 for a whopper, small fry, 2 small drinks and a fish sandwich. Fish sandwich was not edible, sort of gray and brown inside, absolutely awful taste and look, suppose to be Big Fish but the bun was larger than the fish, ( I’ve had pancakes thicker)took it back up to the counter and they said that was the way there fish was, they did offer to make me another one but why would I complain about the one I got and turn around and get another one, I told them no and just threw it away then they stood there talking about it and laughing, never go back again EVER!!!! I looked for a sanitation grade also but didn’t see one posted.

Dont toast the bread, didnt even bother cooking the mushrooms, they never give you everything you ordered and i have NEVER been able to drink anything fron there as their tea and sodas always taste sour sour sour!

Went in for a Wednesday whopper on the app.
Walked in no one up front. Waited and waited. Finally Tiffany came over to take my order. Told her i wanted the wed whopper and showed her the #'s on my phone for her to key on the register. She said, we don't have the wednesday whopper no more. I said, I have it pulled up on the app. She turned towards the back and yelled out "greg this guy wants a wednesday whopper." Then she walked away to the drive through window, and I stood there thinking once she finished with the customers at the drive through she would come back to me but no once she finished with them, she pulled out her phone and started looking at it. And I asked her, are you not gonna help me? And she ignored me, and I asked her again, are you not going to help me? And she still ignored me. I said, if you're not gonna help me. Can you get the manager, please? She said, you can tell the manager about it, you can tell your friends about it, you can pray about it, you can write a book about it! I don't get paid enough to do this! And continued to ignore me. The guy in line behind me left. So I'm just standing there with nobody up front. Finally, I look through to the back and see the guy making hamburgers and asked him for help. He just looked at me and then looked back down at the hamburgers, and didn't even acknowledge me. I finally made eye contact with another lady back there making burgers and she said she would get the manager. About eight minutes later, he came up front. I told him what happened. He said he was sorry

Drive thru backed up so we went in. How is this store even open? Cashier was rude to start with. It was awful beginning to end.

Horrible customer service. I walked into the dinning area this evening which only had one customer waiting. Two employees saw me in ant the counter and never acknowledged me. They just continued to fill drive thru orders as if I wasn’t even there. Unprofessional. Burger King staff and management needs walk up the road the Chic-Fil-A and watch how customer service is done properly. But I guess if you hire trash you get garbage service.

I visit this location often no issues. Most recent visit was good but my order was missing items. I went inside they made it right. Did not score 5 stars due to going through drive-thru and defeated the purpose of having to go inside.

Great staff. Wasn't busy inside on our most recent visit (usually do drive thru).

Parking: The back entrance from the shopping center parking lot has proven advantageous, especially at certain times of day.

Had did a mobile order around 11:22am today my order # was 980 ordered a double cheeseburger (w/extra patty so total of 3 burgers) everything was suppose to be medium size. Told the lady at window to make sure they put that extra patty she said ok. Got all the way to my job to eat my food and see No extra patty on top of that they ain't give me a double burger(it was a Single), fries was a small size nd drink was medium. Try calling them No Answer sounds like a fax machine.... NEVER AGAIN ... IF YOU GO THRU DRIVE THRU MAKE SURE THEY HAVE YOUR ORDER CORRECT.. WASTE MY MONEY AND I BASICALLY PAID MORE FOR A SINGLE CHEESEBURGER WHEN IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE A DOUBLE W/ EXTRA PATTY PISSED OFF

Today I got breakfast when the server Christina was quite rude with me, all I was trying to do was pay for my food and she hurried me and hurt me feelings. The food was ok, I won’t be back though. Nicer service just up the street for sure!

Had to leave after only one of the five people in front of me had their order taken. I had been standing there about ten minutes. Staff had no sense of urgency at lunch time. If you only get a 30 minute lunch break, you will not make it back in time if you go here.
