It seems they are out of whatever I order. Mind you I don't come to this establishment a lot but dang, have stuff people want. I'm updating this because I'm at the minthill NC location and I overherd a associate said a loud that someone needs to wash they ass. Grade a professionalism right there burgerking. It's currently 1:31 pm On a thurs. The lobby has a asurb amout of Flys in the lobby. Remember when you order,tell them to hold the flies

Ordered a big fish and when I got it home the fish was flat, dried out and nasty. The bun was also old and hard. I had to throw it out. Called about it but said they wouldn’t do anything because DoorDash brought it. I watched the driver and they came to my house pretty quick. It shouldn’t have been like that after a few minutes. This is the worst Butger King I’ve ever been to. Never again!

We stopped by in Burger King & wanted to order biscuits, a special on that day. When it was our turn to order, I was informed they ran out of biscuits. As we looked at the menu for a different choice, we placed the order & to our surprise, the gentleman asked us to wait because he was trying to find a deal for us. We were impressed by his initiative and amazing customer service. Go Burger King!
