Char Bar in Mint Hill has always been a go to for my husband and I. Our sever was very nice and helpful, and atmosphere is perfect for our date night. My first Pink Flamingo was wonderful and the glass came full to the brim, which is why I ordered a second. Unfortunately the second tasted flat and only filled half the glass. Really a very nice vibing restaurant staff and food is really great. You really enjoy yourself. I highly recommend the serves.
