I drive by every day and decided to check it out. We went on a Saturday for lunch, we started out with the guacamole to go with the chips and salsa for the table. Best guacamole I have ever had it was fresh and flavorful. I ordered the chicken quesadilla comes with rice and beans everything was flavorful. My lunch guest ordered steak fajitas, the tortillas were warm and delicious the steak and veggies well seasoned. A little pricy for lunch at $48 with no tip and no alcohol....

The location of Rancho Jalisco has had several Mexican restaurants over the years. All have come and gone because they were average. Sadly, Rancho Jalisco is no different in my opinion. It's like so many Mexican restaurants in the area; they must all use the same food supplier. It's all the same average food and bland taste.
