Fantastic service every time I visit. They always have delicious sweet tea and there’s nothing on the menu I’ve tried that I haven’t loved. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. We got a delicious desert at Easter for a promotion and I still think about that key lime pie lol

Lasagna w/ meatballs looked like it was thrown together by a 5 year old. No attention to detail. Basically undercook noodles stuck together, sparse ingredients with sauce thrown on top. Sadly I'd rather have Olive Garden. This was my second attempt at take-out from this Hawthornes. Pathetic effort both times especially for the high price.

We had the Crew personal pizza and the sausage and pepperoni stromboli. Absolutely delicious!! We also had a couple of red sangria and an old fashioned. Excellent!! Emily was our server, and I cant say enough good things about her. She was knowledgeable about the food and drinks. She only offered her personal opnion when asked, but I was grateful for her insight. Great evening of food, drinks and people!!

Food depends on the day, somedays its fine or somedays you order a take home meal and the pizza is made horribly undercooked extremely doughy like it wasnt cooked for even half the time, and the pasta is made with an insane amount of oil/ and the pasta is still in perfect straight lines like it wasnt mixed around at any point, somedays it has been ok and others are the absolute worst food someone could serve and to charge $40+ for a small pizza and a pasta thats not edible

I tried to like this location but after trying for the 3rd time unfortunately I will not be returning. The pizza is good would say 7/10, I wouldn’t say NY style.
The greeters were nice. Service is just ok, was ignored or not checked on most of the time and each time. They start hovering once we paused on eating half way through almost felt as if we were rushed and it wasn’t busy yet. The drinks are watered down, cups are dirty 2 out of the 3 times we went.

The Penne Vodka used to be my favorite dish. This was my second attempt in recent weeks to have it. The taste of garlic is so overpowering that I cannot eat it. Same issue with the garlic knots. Its all had to be thrown out. Wasted $42. I know for a fact it's only this location because I had it from the Concord location last week and it was perfect.
