I want to start off by saying how much my family has always loved Marcos!! Today I had a rather odd experience with a DoorDash driver stealing my food and falsely marking the order as delivered. Though I tried to contact DoorDash and the driver, nothing transpired. After calling Marcos, Raymond and his team did everything they could to rectify the situation, even though they were not the ones to blame. I am so grateful for everything they did to brighten my night. This is why...

Love the pizza eventhough it's not like my hometown NY PIZZA it is still one of my favs here I guess and much better than the other chains like PIZZA Hut, Dominoes, Papa Johns etc

We've been using Marco's exclusively since you opened in Mint Hill.
The "Deluxe" pizza we received tonight was far from deluxe. Toppings were scarce and veggies were julianned (mere slivers). The amount and size of mushrooms was good. The rest not so much.
Extremely disappointing.
