They are taking orders (and money) tonight, but they are not actually open. They don’t have dough, but they are not confessing that if you call them. Had to drive to the store to learn anything about the status of the order.
This is an absolute train wreck of a business at the moment. Stay far far away.
Never received our order.
I'm all my years I have never ordered a pizza to not get it. We placed our order at this location around 9pm and after midnight it was still sitting in your pizza is on the way or almost done. we called and nobody never answered the phone. Then we get a sorry excuse the next day about they close at 9pm to clean and they don't accept orders after 9pm. Really??? Who wants to wait for 3 hrs for pizza? the app said 59-69 minute wait. 3hrs later still nothing and I call multiple times, press the option to check status of online order, just to be hung up on multiple times. That's not frustrating at all, then when it FINALLY does arrive it's not even a little bit warm, barely had any pizza sauce, no apologies, just handed the pizza over like everything was fine. I'll never be ordering from Pizza Hut again.
