Wish I could give zero stars. Don’t trust this location. Tried multiple times to stop and they close in the middle of the day for no reason. They just vacated huge line of cars in the drive-through but no reason other than closing early at 1:30 in the afternoon.

Number 1! This was the longest I have ever spent in a drive thru in my life. 30 minutes? Really? The bonus is that you can't even leave once you get in line because the driveway has no escape.I don't blame the workers. I blame management.

Hit the drive through at 6pm on a Wed. Was told that they were closed due to computer issues and short staff. The food JUST started getting better here and now this...

Showed up at 4:30pm on a saturday, went through the drive through and they claimed the fryers and grill were off cause the lazy employees on the shift before decided to just leave early. They also said they had no ice cream, or anything else they could serve. This is not my first bad experience with them. I try to give chances to fast food places but they keep failing me. One time I showed up to the drive through and was told “We’ll be with you in one moment.” Only to leave me with nothing for nearly 10 minutes. I left because I had no time left. I know what it’s like working food service, and clearly the employees here just don’t care.

This Wendy’s needs to be shut down. The last times I’ve gone there I’ve been told there is a long wait as soon as I pull up to the speaker to order. It’s a FAST food restaurant. I’ll never waste my gas driving there again.It’s a shame because this Wendy’s is so much better than the one on Independence. The food is cooked correctly and the staff is nicer, but it’s pointless if there is always a problem actually getting the food.

Ordered my food on the app specifying a time to be picked up in drive thru. I arrived right on time but the drive thru line was around the building. An I got in line. Suffice it to say it took 45 minutes just to get to the intercom and another 10 minutes to finally get my food. Don't know how these so called fast food restaurants get away calling themselves fast food when it takes an hour to get your order.

Never had a problem coming to this location but today was terrible! Chad in drive thru was looking at me like I’m stupid because they didn’t have the drinks that I wanted ? Saying he was trying to help when the whole time he basically just kept going back and forth and looking at me like I’m stupid . Then try’s to argue . Terrible customer service.
