Showed up at 4:30pm on a saturday, went through the drive through and they claimed the fryers and grill were off cause the lazy employees on the shift before decided to just leave early. They also said they had no ice cream, or anything else they could serve. This is not my first bad experience with them. I try to give chances to fast food places but they keep failing me. Said they were closed at 8:30pm on a Wednesday…When I was going through the drive thru I saw an employee sitting in one of the booths. Closed or you just dont want to do your job?

This Wendy’s needs to be shut down. The last times I’ve gone there I’ve been told there is a long wait as soon as I pull up to the speaker to order. It’s a FAST food restaurant. I’ll never waste my gas driving there again.It’s a shame because this Wendy’s is so much better than the one on Independence. The food is cooked correctly and the staff is nicer, but it’s pointless if there is always a problem actually getting the food.
