I did a online order today i didn't get right food i payed around 23 dollars only for myself order that couldn’t even give me my right order with no utensil the coke they gave me was already half empty like i also didn't get any sauce on the bag even tho i paid for it the tenders i ordered spicy u all gave me regular when i came last time evening the manager was being racist and rude towards me terrible but i don't have no complains on food

We've been to this location several times and keep getting disappointed. Each time we hope our experience will be better and it's just not. Their service is poor, they always forget the sides or drinks and we have to convince them what we ordered when they're literally looking at our order on their screens. Seems like they try to skimp out on portions and we always have to ask for extra sauce that's supposed to be provided on the menu. One time I asked for one extra ranch packet and they said they had to charge me for it and I was like, seriously? For how expensive it is we just expect more. Chicken is dry but the fries and lemonade are good. Overall the food quality has been disappointing.

Normally, when I come in here, my experience is just OK. A lot of times the order isn’t right. But they always fix it this time however. I saw a new face. This guy, Anthony. When I first walked in, another customer was thanking him for his good customer service and I found out why. He was very courteous. The new machines you have to order from makes it difficult to make certain arrangements and adjustments to your order. So I asked him if it could be done. He asked me what adjustment do I need to make and I told him. Not only did he remember, but he packed everything that we needed and got everything right the first time. This man understands customer service. The food was OK. But its customer service is what led me to the review. Whoever Anthony is. He needs a raise immediately.

Do not DoorDash from here late cause they won’t even let the dasher know to call you about them not having what you ordered cause I was missing 4 macaronis they gave 4 mash potatoes instead which none of us wanted.

I have not had Popeyes in years. I came In today and was impressed. The spicy chicken was great quality. Fries were fresh but my only recommendation is to increase the portion size of fries.

This location has prices WAY HIGHER than any other Popeyes at a TA or Petro location. So be prepared to get a Popeyes meal here for the price of a nice evening for 2 at a fancy restaurant. Not worth it. I'd give it a 0 Star if I could.
Came in today I had some points for three piece ordered a custom order all thighs it's crazy man you guys gave me mainly skin no meat barely any gravy in my mashed potatoes customer service not friendly did not greet me had to tell him have a nice day for him to respond back to me so the machines need to be refilled all of them are mainly water had to get my drink from the TA One of the worst Popeyes I've been to in a while

Went inside to get a takeout orderWebsite says Closed today, but they’re open I just saw that when I got home with my order to do the review I ordered 12 pieces of chicken and got 8 pieces ordered 2 apple pies and two cherry pies and only got one apple pie and three cherry pies. Just want to get what we paid for my order was $62 but I didn’t get what I paid for. We live out of town so I could not go back today
