Bruster’s Ice Cream brought back childhood memories I remember seeing this spot when I was a kid before moving away. Being back in the area and watching my own child enjoy some ice cream while I enjoyed some Italian ice late in the evening felt nostalgic. The service was good, and there were no complaints about our orders. A sweet experience all around.
Used to love this place last summer. My family and I would go here almost everyday. Then the customer service went down. Some of the drive thru reps are abrupt and mean. They don’t have non dairy ice cream anymore. Also your options are limited for lactose intolerance individuals. Which is really bad because they are probably a lot of lactose intolerant individuals that would love to come here for their nondairy ice cream options but they never have any and every time you ask...
I love Bruster's Ice cream but its hit or miss from this location and the ice cream is too expensive for a miss. I never leave a tip because tips are for people who give good service at a restaurant and make the standard $2.13 an hour. Plus all they do is serve Ice cream and that should not be that complicated.
