“My husband had ordered his food online. I went early to see if I could go ahead and get it. I was 30 minutes early. They had not yet received the order. I was willing to wait until they got the order from the online service they have. Tim was very accommodating and helped me out. Tim said he would take care of it. He asked what the order was and I showed him the screenshot my husband had sent me of the order. Within 5 minutes he had it all ready for me so I didn’t have to wait 30 minutes. That is great customer service and I appreciate the opportunity he took to show his client services and appreciation. He didn’t have to do that, but he did. The job that he has is a hard one and people get real ugly when it comes to their food, great job Tim and I appreciate what you did today. My husband said the bacon cheese fries where on point.“
