We love Iron Thunder Monroe. Food is always great service always amazing the entire wait staff is super. Biggest thing you need to do is add lighting to your parking lot and just my opinion but I think you should promote more. You have a local radio station in Monroe that the host eats your food at least twice a week ask about him giving you props on the air your business would triple.

I visited Iron Thunder today and unfortunately experienced some of the worst service I’ve ever had. From the moment we sat down, everything was slow and inattentive. It took a long time just to get menus, and even longer for our server to take our drink orders. The drinks themselves also took an unreasonable amount of time to arrive.

Our server — a woman with black hair and tan skin — did not check on us at any point during the meal. When the food finally came out, I was the only person at the table whose entrée was completely missing, and because she never checked on us, I had no opportunity to let her know. Everyone else finished their food before she finally came back to the table, and only then was I able to tell her that my meal had never arrived.

By that time, my drink was gone as well, since I assumed she remembered I was waiting on my entrée. But with no check-ins and no communication, I was left sitting there with nothing.

There was no apology, no explanation, and no effort to correct the mistake. The level of inattentiveness was honestly shocking. Today was the first time I have ever left a zero-dollar tip, but the service was so lacking that I couldn’t justify leaving one.

Dining out should feel welcoming and attentive, but this experience was careless and unprofessional from start to finish. I truly hope management addresses these issues, because at this point, I cannot recommend this location.

I frequent this restaurant every Monday for wing night and I know the staff well enough that they know exactly what I order. However while I love Rebecca and Taylor are awesome at their jobs I have to say that the manager Eric is far less professional and really could care less about his customers. We literally asked for him to come talk to us multiple times and he sent a message back to us that he was not coming because he was too busy. I’m sorry but that is not in the best interest of the company brand nor the retention of good and faithful customers. We literally wanted to talk to him to tell him what a wonderful wait staff we had and he was too busy to allow us that opportunity. I believe we will rethink our loyalty to this place.

I'm really upset I want to hear today with my husband because yesterday was my birthday and we order a couple of mixed drinks we get an appetizer we get our meals and I'm double charged for my meal on the menu it clearly says that it's the lunch special that it's 899 okay so we went on a Saturday underneath it it says on later times or on Saturdays that the new price is $9.99 but this woman charged me $17 and I really didn't even notice it until after we left so I spent $70 with tip and everything when if I would have known that she overcharged me she wouldn't have got a damn tip I am so extremely mad I don't know if I will ever be back even though the food was excellent she tried to be nice but why overcharged someone that is just ridiculous and horrible service and it makes me feel some type of way

We are regulars to this location with coming in 5 days a week. We will no longer be regulars because of the owners. I was at the bar and the owner literally screamed at a bartender for giving a customer 5 chips at no cost. I was so appalled at the lady owner and her behavior. We will never return. I am trying to get all the regulars to not come again. These owners are the worst and should be ashamed of themselves. Please boycott this establishment. Teach these owners a lesson on management.

I go to this one in Monroe often. Like the food and the waitresses and bartenders are very friendly and polite. I do have a problem with the owners. I don’t believe they treat their staff very well. No names mentioned but my biggest disappointment with the owners is I feel they don’t appreciate the staff that works hard every shift. These young ladies are great. So that being said, these young ladies have no security ever. Closing up 1:30 to 3:30 am and exit to their cars all alone. That is total bullshit and just wrong. You owners are responsible for keeping your staff safe. That is the law. You need to protect your staff or get out of the business. Your staff is in danger. I hope you change this for everyone’s safety. You may think you’re doing everything right but you are not!!!

Went on karaoke night and had a blast. Wings and chili fries were great. No table service from what I saw on our side. Good drinks.
