I live and drove from Hartsville SC to Monroe NC just to get something to eat from Jack in the Box. Little over a hour ride but well worth it. In my home town of Hartsville SC there's NO good places to eat.
Food us usually good. On this day 11-26-23 I have finally had enough. They say they are open 24 hours. But , if you try going through their drive through in or before the 5 o'clock hour, don't count on getting served. I've tried repeatedly on my way to work over the last 2 months at least. All I hear when I pull up to the speaker is OUR SYSTEM IS DOWN. Today it was reseting. Never had this happen before recently. Whatever the problem is it needs to be fixed. Because...
Never tried Jack in the box before but it was a great first experience, yesterday (Monday oct.9 around 6-8 pm) I came to the lobby to get me some food after a long day of work. As I was waiting for my food, a homeless guy came in and asked for the manager and sweet girl came to the front and assisted him. He kindly asked her for a burger but he was homeless and didn’t have money. The guy had a hard time speaking, he kept stuttering but the sweet girl was being patient with him....
