We had a group eating lunch celebrating a birthday. We had reserved a table for 10. Seven of us arrived before the others and were told we could not be seated because the entire party was not present. The time was about 11:45 so there was no wait for a table. I could maybe understand this a bit better if there was a line but that was not the case. Also as I said we had reserved a table in advance. When the others arrived we were then informed that we could not be seated...
Ok so I placed my order online not a problem. Fast forward I get my order with no croutons etc I paid 35 dollars for my 2 go order I'm not even mad but please do better I'll visit the location in Matthew's nc before I come back ...I'm not being a birch but right is right seriously 😐
My wife and I go to longhorn in Monroe weekly either for a late lunch or early dinner. Service is typically very good. Lately management fails to make rounds to tables to inquire about quality of food and service. This specific visit on 1/26/2025 was put off by the horrible attitude of the hostess that seated us. I believe the hostess should always be warm and welcoming and she was as bad as walking in to the DMV. Management should not hire anyone that has such a bad attitude....
