Ok so I placed my order online not a problem. Fast forward I get my order with no croutons etc I paid 35 dollars for my 2 go order I'm not even mad but please do better I'll visit the location in Matthew's nc before I come back ...I'm not being a birch but right is right seriously 😐
My wife and I go to longhorn in Monroe weekly either for a late lunch or early dinner. Service is typically very good. Lately management fails to make rounds to tables to inquire about quality of food and service. This specific visit on 1/26/2025 was put off by the horrible attitude of the hostess that seated us. I believe the hostess should always be warm and welcoming and she was as bad as walking in to the DMV. Management should not hire anyone that has such a bad attitude....
Food was spot on, great flavor and cooked exactly as I asked for it. Got the small filet. They were accommodating to let us sit where we wanted. The waitress was very good but not 100% "there". Had her mind on other things. Overall an excellent experience and would definitely go back.
