Waited 15 minutes at curbside for my food had to call the store to have someone bring it out to me by the time it came out to me. Everything was cold and my sprite was flat. They would not remake my food or give me a refund rude lazy employees, I also witnessed one of the employees come out of the store selling Drugs someone who pulled pulled up And then sped off through the parking lot

This place is absolutely garbage. I would not recommend eating here, The staff has terrible attitude and terrible customer service. I went there for a drink and someone told me to go to the next window to pay for my drink and then they had the nerve to tell me I had to go back in line to go back to the first window to pay When all I had was a drink and they could’ve took my payment right there at the second window And the attitude that came off of the Manager was completely disgusting. I will never be back to this place ever again.

Would be 0 if I could have, I’m a kid but the girl taking our order made fun of my mums accent and she said sprite and the girl kept say spry and when we got to the front she gave us a horrible attitude and my sprite was made and taste exactly like sparkling water but we were in a rush so we could not come back.Next time we come we want a good sprite for free

This McDonald’s seems okay during the day, but the late night drive thru is always backed up and moves slow as molasses. Once I waited in line for 30 minutes on a DoorDash order just for them to tell me the item was out of stock. Tonight, I waited 40 minutes. I guess they are understaffed, so it’s not really the employees’ fault, but for a restaurant that boasts the gold standard of “fast food” service, this is pretty unacceptable. You’d be served faster at a sit down restaurant.

The app and late night frustrated drive thru employees don't mix. Ordered online for walk in up, doors locked. Sit in drive thru just for her to say we can't give you the food you paid for and is ready you have come back tomorrow or go online to file a complaint ?. So if you like McDonald's go in the day, the night shift making tik toks and doing homework or just following rules

Great place if you want your kids to have nightmares about about burgers. Wouldn't return here if they gave me the whole menu for free everyday. I asked for a burger with everything on it and they gave me a burger with everything LITERALLY ON TOP OF IT. NOT INSIDE THE BUNS. ALL CONDIMENTS WERE ON TOP OF THE BUNS. LEARN HOW TO MAKE A BURGER.Kid-friendliness: Guy looked like a thug and made my kid cry.

0/10 won't be back.Ordered at 405pm waiting in curbside for 20 mins. No one came, went through the drive thru, told them what was happening, told us we are making it now and to come inside. Park. Go inside. Wait 15 more minutes. Asked for the manager, I want a refund. Told " I don't do refunds" by management. I told them I wanted a refund I never got my food. Tried to hand me food that has apparently been sitting on the counter for half an hour. Including 2 MC flurrys that have melted by now. No thanks I want a refund. Told I have to call the boss. Call them. She scoffed and issued the refund. Won't be back.
