Quincy's Family Steak House

Very crowded food was good. Don't recommend the fries. Service at our particular table was great.

Hubby and I are on way home to South Carolina from the races in Charlotte. We stopped here to eat a good hot lunch. The food was on point and staff was simply amazing.

Service is spot on as is the sweet iced tea. The salad bar is good and varied. Loved the seafood salad! The star for me are the fried chicken livers.

The food was not as good as it has been in the past. Fish and chicken was too chewy. The mac n cheese was too runny and the mashed potatoes were lumpy. I've always enjoyed my meals there in the past. And will try it again before I make a final judgment.

I went to visit Quincys with my parents for the first time. For them, it was nostalgic because they had many locations and the one in Monroe is one of the only two locations left. The food was very delicious and their famous yeast rolls are so so good. Our server Lori was absolutely amazing and very friendly. We love her hospitality!!!

Always great food, never had bad service. Everyone is so friendly. The fried chicken & peach cobbler are fantastic!

First impressions are everything.
I enjoyed the welcome atmosphere. Now they get a bonus cause they had fresh cooked gizzards!
The staff and waitress that was assisting us was kind and thoughtful.
I only gave four stars is because I tried the lunch buffet, selections were good and plenty but was disappointed that no fish option was given for the buffet, well at least something not fried.

The salad bar was fresh and you could see the hustle from the staff to ensure everything was set and replaced as soon as the last scoop was taken.

Next visit I'm gonna order one of there famous steaks and then I'll repost and modify my review based on that steak lol 😆

Most of the food was wonderful! We both had the buffet. We grew up with Quincy's. When we found out there was one within driving distance, we had to go. We'll be back! BTW...I had 3 big fat yeast rolls! 😁 Thank you, Quincy's of Monroe!
