Typical southern buffet. Plenty of food and they kept it hot. The place wasn't packed when we were there but they kept the buffet up regardless. Nice salad bar. Wait staff was cheerful and attentive.

Very old place. I am not one for buffets. They are usually nasty. The best thing there was the salad bar. Service was great, but will not go back there again.

I wish I knew our waitress's name because she was phenomenal especially having to wait on a group of 20 people. She gets 5 stars for outstanding service. The restaurant was struggling from getting our order right to low quality food. And, the prices are very high for a casual buffet-style restaurant.

Reasonable prices and usually you can find seating available even with a large family group of 8-10.
Kid-friendliness: Desert bar is a hit with the kids.

I always told my husband about how we grew up eating from this restaurant on Thursdays and Sundays. I was upset when they closed down in my hometown, so he surprised me by taking me here on a date night! I was super excited and nervous that it may not taste the same. Well...I WAS WRONG!!!
I always had a salad first and made it just like I use to and was surprised it really tasted the same. I tried the meatloaf, chicken, chicken gizzards, green beans, and mashed potatoes and who could forget the roll!!!
The service was amazing and it really made me reminisce on how everything was when I was a little girl. It didn't miss a beat, older people were there enjoying their food just like I was.
If I could give more stars I really would. It exceeded my expectations and I made sure to tell others, especially my parents, to make the drive to the best buffet!
