1st time at Vera’s Kitchen, I am a huge breakfast person and got the Vera’s Big daddy breakfast. It was amazing! Hash browns cooked perfectly, perfectly crispy bacon and good amount of eggs. The pancakes were nice and fluffy. I couldn’t finish everything, but tried my best. Great friendly service! This is my new breakfast spot!

The grits are also good, although some customers think they could be creamier. The service is quick and the staff checks on customers to see if they need anything. Vera's Kitchen Monroe is a hidden gem that serves great breakfast and is worth returning to. The restaurant offers a 10% first timer discount and has a fascinating story. Customers highly recommend this place and are willing to drive out of their way to come back. The experience at Vera's Kitchen Monroe is superb and the food is amazingly delicious.
