I ordered beef and cheddar 2 for $7 specials specifically WITHOUT cheddar sauce. When I arrived home I was dismayed to discover that both sandwiches had cheddar sauce on them. The order was correctly relayed to the kitchen because the receipt correctly says NO CHEDDAR.
When I tried to complete the customer survey, the store number is not recognized so there isn’t any way for me to inform Arby’s of this issue.

poor customer service. very rude at drivd thru. tried to leave a comment on your web site but it does not work well. I will not be back.
The Arby’s in Mooresville is the bomb!! They are rockin the drive thru. Always pleasant & happy to serve. If I had to wait on my food (even though I don’t have to) I would be alright bc they are happy that I’m hear! Thank you Mooresville Arby’s for keeping a smile on my face!!
