And FANTASTIC gluten free key lime pie! The owner, Nelson, made sure they knew how much they cared about making an affordable and safe GF dining experience. Loved the ambience and the food; the burger was one of the best and the gf bun was soooo fluffy! They give you a FREE cookie at the end and the gf cookie was actually soft and not crumbly. Blue Star Cafe is the kind of place you dream of stumbling upon. Fresh, flavorful food, kind people, and a genuine sense of care in every detail. Nelson, who we think was the owner, checked on is multiple times! From the crab fritters to the red snapper, all the food was delicious! The service was quick and pleasant. Free cookie at the end of the meal as well!
