Chef Peter and Jennifer came to our vacation home on Lake Norman and seamlessly treated our party of 10, including 4 small children, to a lovely Italian meal. The food was delicious and we so enjoyed their company. Highly recommend!

Delicious food, great service, amazing presentation! We had Peter and Jennifer over for our family New Year’s Eve dinner and it was a fun and special time together. So great to not worry about the stress of cooking and cleaning while still getting to relax at home.

The team at Carolina Gourmet did an unbelievable job catering a holiday party in our home for 40 guests. The food was incredible and I am still getting notes about how wonderful it was days later. Not only was the food incredible, but the presentation, attention to detail and staff were easily a 10. I will use them again and again!

Chef Peter cooked 3 family dinners for us around Halloween and they were all delicious. I still daydream about his shrimp pasta. There wasn’t a dish that we didn’t enjoy. I really liked his Italian menu.

We hired Carolina Gourmet to cater the Thanksgiving lunch for employees at Bay State Milling and they did a phenomenal job! Jennifer, Stephanie and Vaughn set up a beautiful spread of food and they even brought decorations to liven up our breakroom. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed the amazing food. We will definitely be using Carolina Gourmet again!

We hired Carolina Gourmet to deliver all of our meals for our recent team offsite. They cooked for a team of 35 and the food was incredible. Having pre-delivered meals allowed us to prepare dinner when we were ready — and the food was amazing. I would highly recommend.

I can’t even begin to express how incredible our experience was with Chef Peter and his team for our October wedding! The food was absolutely phenomenal – guests are STILL talking about it! We had people going back for not just seconds, but thirds and fourths – that’s how delicious everything was! Each dish was so perfectly prepared and beautifully presented for our buffet, and the flavors were out of this world.

What truly made our experience even more special was the team’s warmth and professionalism. The staff was incredibly kind, fun, and made everyone feel so comfortable and well taken care of. It’s clear they love what they do, and it made such a difference to the overall atmosphere of the event. We've already made plans to have Carolina Gourmet assist with food for our Christmas dinner to because we can't wait to eat some more!!(:

I hired Chef Peter to cater my wife's "milestone" birthday. We wanted an intimate, highly personal experience for 12 people. The entire evening delivered! Chef Peter and his team showed up an hour prior to seating to prepare. He brings everything he needs to prepare the food, and leaves the kitchen the way he found it. Each course was explained in detail and he took time to answer any questions. He brought his team of 2 to handle all the logistics and service of the night. Jennifer made sure we were well taken care of ... we never had an empty wine glass! It was a wonderful experience and even though my expectations were high, they were exceeded.

Chef Peter catered our intimate back yard wedding on Lake Norman in June of 2024. To say the food and service were amazing would be an understatement. Leading up to our wedding, Chef Peter was very easy to work with (professional, knowledgeable, organized, pleasant and responsive). After our ceremony when we entered our home, it was like walking into a 5-star restaurant. The presentation was superb, the service was top notch and the food was amazing.
