I would change the Oil that you use for the HaahBrowns. spread them out and cook longer.
Staff was great. Went mid morning. Love the open grill and having seen the food prepared with quality and haste, while serving all the other incoming customers. They made it look easy under pressure. Looking forward to my next visit. Food and price were great!
