This was our first trip to a Culver's and both my husband and I were very pleased! We were traveling back home to Virginia after visiting family in North Carolina. A coworker of mine who is originally from Wisconsin also recommended Culver's. I was looking forward to trying something new!!We went though the drive thru and the nice lady at the speaker box and window, Maya, was super helpful and kind. She made sure to mention which drinks were which and labeled them. She was very polite, welcoming, and had a terrific smile!!The young man that brought out the food to our car was professional as well and read our order back to us before handing over the bag of food to make sure of accuracy. He was very kind and smiled and was polite too.The burgers we got flew my tastebuds to the moon! Oh my goodness where do I begin? The burgers do not taste like fast food at all. They taste like homemade and fresh burgers. The cheesecurds blew my mind and the preztel bites and fries were also enjoyable! I liked trying the Culver's sauce and dipping the cheese curds and fries with them. We also tried a concrete mixer with Reeses and caramel and that was amazing too!It was such a pleasant experience and truly we enjoyed it! We wish there was one much closer to our home in Virginia so we could visit more often! Would love to go back next time I travel through. Between the amazing customer service and the amazing food I would recommend Culver's (specifically this store) to anyone!
This was my first visit... Double cheese burger and onion ? rings. The food was excellent and delicious, I will definitely take the time and stop by again when I'm in Charlotte.

This review is not about food (which I don't have any issues with) but customer service.We have ordered out food through the drive through window- a couple of meals/ sides, drinks, and a concrete mixer.We were handed the drinks and asked to pull aside to wait for the rest of the food.It didn't take long, a young associate brought us the bag and pulled the sticker off the window. One quick look inside the bag - "...and the concrete mixer?" - "you mean you didn't get it?" - " well, no" - "ok, I'll go ask for it"While waiting, distributing the food while taking inventory. One side item is still missing. We report it to the gentleman as he returns with the ice cream. He walkes away again.The rest is absolutely unbelievable. As he approached the car for the third time, empty-handed, he goes " I was told you got it" -"excuse me?" -"they told me they already gave it to you" -"so... what that's supposed to mean? the bag is clearly empty, nothing there, and the item isn't present" - " I don't know".My husband steps out of the car, walks to the window. He asks for supervisor, he is given a side, - and - " its just a (side item)!" Really? JUST?!!! Instead of apology?Next, a person refused to provide his name when asked, and walked away with " have a good day!"I agree, a side item isn't worth making a fuss about, but this kind of customer service should be, as absolutely unbelievable.
