The protein shakes are meal replacements and are so good. My favorite is salted caramel (pictured). All shakes are 250 calories or less and are a great way to feel like you're indulging while pursuing a healthier lifestyle.
First time in today and Amanda is so great, so personable, and just a joy to know. I have been meaning to check out Grace Nutrition for sometime now and after a visit with the Chiropractor I decided to treat myself to a smoothie. Awesome and clean place to come to, prices are great, better to support a family owned business vs Smoothie King! Thank you Amanda!

I stopped here after looking for a healthy smoothie nearby and was not disappointed. I got the Chocolate and Peanut butter, which was the flavor the day. It contained - I believe - 24 vitamins and minerals, and gave me much needed boost. It was also a meal replacement and did just that. The staff and patrons were very nice, the service was quick and there is a relaxing vibe. I’ll definitely be back five stars for Grace Nutrition!!!
