I had a great experience at Papa John’s tonight. My order was put in wrong so I got home with the wrong item. I called and they offered to make my food correctly and deliver it. Unfortunately I did not get names, but the person I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful. And my delivery driver was very fast and extremely friendly. This was by far the best resolution to a messed up order that I have ever had! Thank you!!
Pizza was really good
I’m not sure who the gentleman was that made our order but not only was he taking orders from carry-out, door-dash, online, but he was doing it with a SMILE! Very polite! I know it must have been overwhelming because in my five minutes (not waiting for my order to be done, just me taking a second to decompress since I myself was just getting off work), there were five orders not including mine. The restaurant's "rolling menu" can be challenging to navigate, but the super friendly staff is always willing to assist and provides great service. While the bottom crust of the pizza may be thinner than usual, the overall quality of the food is satisfactory, with the superrr yummy pizza receiving praise. The clean and accessible interior of the restaurant also contributes to a positive dining experience. The staff is always super friendly and nice and would be quick to make it right if there was an issue.
