Duckworth's Grill & Taphouse

Curious to understand why the past 3 times we have ordered from this location through doordash there's been atleast 2 things missing, the drink is NEVER provided, 3 kids drinks and we didn't get not even one all 3 times. This time no drinks & no fries! Really shouldn't be that hard to check the orders before sending them out the door. Once is understandable, 3 times is just neglectful

Nice place for what I call bar food. Pizza, BBQ, wings and such. Good burgers.

went to lunch today, it was for my brothers birthday I told him how great the food and service was there, the service did not live up to what I was used to, the waitress was pushy went taking the order and snappy, my brother filled out the form for the burger, he wrote on the form to put some things on the side well when the burger arrived some of the things he filled out on the burger form were left off the order and nothing on the side, the waitress was quick to ask me several time did I need another beer , but did not ask my brother did he need another tea or my sister-in-law if she needed another water even though they we out of each, I am used to great service and get it during the week when I go for lunch but several times on the weekend the service has slipped

First time here after moving to the area. Building and interior very well decorated with beer taps and signed sports memorabilia on the walls. The staff are some of the nicest I have seen in a while and are very willing to help or explain the menu. I got the fried pickles with ranch and they were fresh and amazing and delicious! For the main course we got the Taphouse burger with fries and the Fish & chips. The Taphouse burger was good, but a little overcooked and the fries were a little undercooked as they were fresh , but slightly wimpy. The fish was whole chunks not minced and was expertly cooked to crispy along with the house made chips. This place is definitely with trying as the parking lot is always packed. They also have an excellent selection of local beers on tap.

I ordered take out and they added 20% tip on my statement. They did this 3 separate times.

Come here for the service, then the food lastly the atmosphere. Bar staff is fantastic along with management who always is checking in on the tables.

Food is good, sometimes great sometimes not great.

Atmosphere needs work. Not sure why it always smells like a deep fryer, maybe the ventilation system isn’t up to snuff. Not overwhelming but when you leave, you smell like you’ve been working there.

ordered 5 meals Sunday night 7:30. Chicken tenders were burnt. They gave me the wrong order of grilled chicken. No bacon but charged for bacon. Wrong salad. We go here a lot from work.

5pm on Saturday went in they weren't busy waited 30 minutes after getting seated and no one came to see if we needed a drink or order (so we left) , everyone just looking at you ,we have been there every week for the last year so I guess me and my family will find another place in Mooresville to entertain Saturday night dinners ( Like Eddies)

We got carry out mozzarella sticks, chicken strips, and fries.

Mozzarella sticks were so undercooked and the cheese was very hard. The chicken tenders were slightly undercooked as well but serviceable. The savings grace were the amazing fries they serve! I’ll be back again to give second chance but if quality is the same we will just go to Applebees

First time visitor. We were seated quickly and wait staff was ready to take our order. Food was delivered quickly and hot. The fish and chips were pretty good but the coleslaw is horrible. Fried pickles priced a bit high for the amount you get. We've had better at nearby locations.The philly cheese was tasty. All an all the food was okay but a bit pricey for the portions served.

This is the second time we visit this place , was not a good experience
We ordered: chicken Philly sandwich ( the taste was terrible, like rotten meat and super salty ) with coleslaw ( this coleslaw taste it was very bad ! Feels like it was from last week, not fresh )

We also ordered chicken wing ( they were dry and definitely old ) the wings did not taste fresh ,
And tater tots ( good and normal )

The service was good, nice and attentive people .

I was here earlier and left a positive review as the food was good. I got a to go cup and when I opened the lid there was some dead insect floating inside. That just ruined the experience for me. So good, vibe good food, but maybe cleanliness concerns or careless waiters.

We don’t need to play email ping pong for more information. I think the problems were spelled out pretty clearly.

Very small “fishlet” pieces and cold chips. Should be called “Minnows and Chips”. Fish was old and chewy. Take away the breading and there’s not much to eat. Tartar sauce is god-awful onion chunks in mayonnaise. Horrible. I gave it 9 months since last visit to improve and this seals the deal. I’m done with this place. It’s worth the drive to Hickory for Olde Hickory Tavern fish n chips … or anything else for that matter.

Activities in the area brought me by this franchise. Spacious area with outdoor seating when the weather accommodates for it. Service was good and laminated menus along with a digital tablet featuring their draughts and other libations were offered. The food was good, but they were a bit heavy-handed with the black pepper on the guacamole appetizer. All-in-all, we had a decent meal of pub-fare food.
