“We requested “No ice” in our sweet tea, as we had a take out order and did not want our drink to be watery when we got home. We did not know there was a dollar charge for no ice. Not complaining about the cost, but wish we were told the charge was added to the bill. We did not notice until after we paid. Please consider telling customers if additional unexpected charges are added to their bill. We have never paid extra for no ice, and understand if we have to be served less drink.“
“Nasty attitudes. Went in to order coffee, the young woman was annoyed that my card didnt tap to pay. I tried to explain to her that if she would wait one second it would work. The other girl, I believe her name was Morgan, she was on her phone the entire time, taking pictures of customers cars. Why she was doing that is beyond me. They both had extremely nasty attitudes. I will never bring my business here again“

“I went through the drive through this morning and a gentleman by the name of RJ took my order. Easily the best customer service I have ever received at a Dunks. I have worked primarily customer service most of my life and I have lived in Boston for about 7 years and have gone into hundreds of different locations. Not only was his service better than any other Dunks I have been to, but it was better than most of the people I have worked with/for in the industry. His service is enough to make this my main location in town, even though it is out of my way.“
