“I went through the drive through this morning and a gentleman by the name of RJ took my order. Easily the best customer service I have ever received at a Dunks. I have worked primarily customer service most of my life and I have lived in Boston for about 7 years and have gone into hundreds of different locations. Not only was his service better than any other Dunks I have been to, but it was better than most of the people I have worked with/for in the industry. His service is enough to make this my main location in town, even though it is out of my way.“
“I do stop at Duncan's quite often for a drink. A lot of times I feel like there are drinks are more watered down unless taste. There are hot coffee is great. If you get there early their donuts are good after 10:00 they always seem to be dried out. I travel a lot and try to stop in there quite often for their drinks.“

“Closest Dunkin to my house. Been here a few times over the last 2 years. Always great service, great music playing at a nice volume, and have got nothing but great food here as well. I don't review fast food often, but this is a great Dunkin in Mooresville on a consistent basis.“
