“I came here today with my mom for some morning coffee. We walked in and were immediately greeted by all the staff upfront. The lady taking our order was very friendly, and the ladies in the back making our coffee were very sweet and they got our coffee done very quick and efficiently. Overall, it was a great experience.“

“This is the first DD that I’ve been in that was a pleasant experience. The cashier was very friendly and our drinks came out quickly despite it being very busy. The employees seemed liked they actually wanted to be there which is almost never the case any time I’ve been in a DD. Great job to the management and staff.“

“This location is very good. Friendly service and they're pretty quick. I typically order On The Go on their app and my drink is always there when I arrive. It's walk-in only, but there's plenty of parking since it's in a plaza, yet away from the Harris Teeter.“

“Despite the overall review, I love this location. I've been stopping here for a while now because I take the bus to my job, but they ALWAYS make my order right compared to other locations I've tried. It comes out quick, staff is friendly and attentive, and some also have allowed me to practice my Spanish ( even though I think they know I'm not a fluent speaker ). Nontheless, I love this location, I get my work done peacefully, and my order always comes out quick. 😌💖“

“My favorite Dunkin in Charlotte by far!! Bostonians LOVE OUR DUNKS!!! This location NEVER DISAPPOINTS!! They are SUPER FRIENDLY AND POLITE and the manager will go the extra mile for you!! Most days she is helping out at the drive thru!!! I go almost everyday so they already know how I order my coffee and it is a GREAT DD COFFEE. When my grands are with me I order food and donuts and never had a problem with my order!! If you are visiting from up north or relocated as I did and want a great coffee this is the location you want!!!!! “I went a few weeks ago to this Dunkin, it was later in the day but the man working that evening was very kind! They were out of protein milk but I understood since 1. It’s a new location and 2. Popular item. I ended up getting a coffee with almond milk instead and it was made well! The layout of the Dunkin is very nice too with plenty of seating. Ive also gone in the morning and I did have to wait a bit more at that time but it was more busy. Again drink I got was made well with the morning as well :) as long as it’s good coffee I’m happy! Unsure about the food since I don’t order food often at Dunkin but the simple coffee drinks here are good if you need a quick hot or iced coffee with not too many additions.“

“I never do reviews for fast food—however the Food was so good, they got my order absolutely perfect. With a reasonable wait time. The woman at the window at 4pm on 3/13/26 was incredible. I will now be going to this location if this is going to be the type of service they provide.“

“It’s truly unfortunate that restaurant management often has to address dissatisfied guests when our teams are working hard to provide great service. However, this is one of those exceptional instances I wanted to highlight. I want to extend my gratitude to Crystal for delivering outstanding service at your Monroe Rd. location.

As a restaurant manager, I always encourage my team to create a positive atmosphere, but Crystal truly went above and beyond with her warm, inviting tone, thoughtful greetings, and effective suggestive selling. I was so impressed by her service that I parked my car just to meet her in person. I even mentioned to the management that if they weren't careful, she might be recruited to join our team!

With over 20 years of experience in QSR and fast casual dining, I can say that it has become rare to encounter such excellent service, especially here in Charlotte. I encourage everyone commuting on Monroe Rd. heading into Uptown Charlotte to stop by and say hello to Crystal and her team. The entire staff was polite, and the store was immaculately clean.

Lastly, I want to mention that the apple fritters I purchased were meant for a cancer patient at the nearby hospital. Once again, thank you for brightening my day with happiness and joy!“

“Horrible service bad attitudes So I walked in today 4/21/25 at 1-around 11:15 and wasn’t sure what I wanted so I stayed to the side so the workers wouldn’t think I was ready to order I finally decided to get the $6 breakfast deal with a sausage egg cheese / ice coffee as I waited for my order I over Hurd one of the women complaining about me I get my food and drink say thank you no your welcome nothing and put the bag closer to her end instead of just pushing it forward my sandwich was so burnt black all over I asked for a new one politely and he took it back scrapped the burnt parts off and gave me the same sandwich bc the lady didn’t feel like making it again I work in food service and I understand daily headaches happen but this was unacceptable to me specially since it was only me and one old man in the whole store the whole experience made me very uncomfortable“

“All the ladies were very nice and sweet however I ordered a medium iced decaf coffee and they brought it to me and it was super dark brown like they forgot to mix it, but there was one associate stood out to me. Her name was Tweety. She was so sweet Knowledgeable, great personality and easy to talk to….definitely somebody you want to greet you early in the morning thanks Tweety.“

“Earlier yesterday I ordered a seasoned bacon wrap and a protein mango refresher on the Dunkin app to be picked up on N Graham St. Once I got there, there were two ladies that was working back and forth to help the customers. A nice lady, Ms. Shannon, apologize then informed me that the oven was down as she hand me my drink and also informed me to contact customer service on the app to get a refund. I asked her would customer service give me a hard time just to give me a refund, she didn't know the answer which she asked the other nice lady, Ms. Tisus. Ms. Tisus told me don't worry about customer service and asked if its possible that I can return around 12 or 1 pm to get my order. She assured me that the oven will work. Since I live around the corner, I agree to return before my appointment. Once I return both the same ladies greeted me and had my food ready the moment I walked in. Yes, this DD get mixed reviews due to extremely small parking space and high demands due to large customers and small staff but they are trying. I visited this DD many times and haven't had any staff greet me with negative attitude. Also I not sure that customers know they can park in the back and walk up front which is pretty quick. Uptown Charlotte is crowded and pack so most parking space is going to be small or no space at all.“

“By far the best customer service I have gotten from a Dunkin Donut Shop. The two ladies that work this afternoon at 4:40 were very kind, The shop was missing some stuff and they did their best making me a drink with what they had and it was delicious and I will be ordering next time. “I stopped going to Dunkin For a long time this location opened up kind of near my home. I went once and I will say I keep on coming back. The girls in the morning are spectacular the daytime staff when it’s busy is amazing and there’s this really nice African-American guy with a pointy goatee he always make sure to check me out because he knows how much I hate the computer at the front desk and I love him for it. This location is amazing and I hope it can stay staffed like this for a long time to come.“

“Today I was at the Ozark, Alabama location and the lovely staff Deshanna helped me. I came in to ask about the six dollar meal that showed up on my app and she explained it to me and walked me through and was super friendly and kind! “I normally stop at this location because I do Uber. Sometimes it’s hit or miss for me. Yesterday I went in and it was a hit!!!! Everything was done right!!!! Coffee was like I asked. “The employee's here are nothing short of amazing. I was not feeling well and the employees were very patient with me and my daughter. This is our first time coming to this establishment but they made us feel as if we've been long time costumers. They were so patient they even walked my 7 year old daughter on the options she has for ice cream (including cups and cones) and the variety of donut options. “Had an amazing experience this morning at this Dunkin! Had an issue with a Dunkin closer to home when trying to purchase the new Wicked munchkin tin. The stores have signs indicating the price and stating it comes with 10 munchkins, and another store was trying to charge me extra, despite the sign literally on their counter. I immediately called this store to confirm that the price included the munchkins and the employee said yes. I was already late to work, but I was trying to purchase these for my coworkers so I wanted to get them earlier rather than later. The employee who helped me at this store was super kind and quickly helped me make my purchase. I should've just gone to this store from the get-go since they always provide great service. Thank you again for saving my Friday morning!“

“I got a dunkalatte and donut, and the guys working there couldn't have been nicer! One asked the line if anyone was ordering a latte because they were cleaning the machine, I didn't mind to wait the 5 minutes because I've got connection time to kill. My coffee was delicious! The only complaint would be that the donut wasn't great, it tasted old, and I heard them tell the line that there was no hot food, just a heads up because that looks like a common complaint. But at least they don't waste anyone's time in line.“
