They were also very patient when we were unable to pick them up two days later thanks to complications from the birthday girl... we spoke to Kara on the phone and she was very understanding. “The previous review about old donuts is completely wrong. I COME HERE EVERYDAY and even see them throw away donuts that don't get sold before closing at 8. They get fresh donuts daily. Being a daily customer, the customer service is GREAT. I stay beside another dunkin donuts and drive 15 minutes just to come here. I'm greeted promptly and given fast service. I wouldn't come here daily if it weren't good“

I accidentally mobile ordered to the wrong store location, so when the employee told me this, I was about to just reorder in person at the register and pay again. Another employee asked what I originally ordered and immediately made my iced coffee without question. “We came here on 10/21/23 a Saturday morning on the way to kids sports. The man working there was hustling so hard to keep up with orders he was taking pride in his work communicating with customers and was overall just lovely. They had to make us extra sandwiches as a homeless person had stolen ours (we saw him leave the store as we entered and then eating them as we pulled away) and they handled that with grace. Give the Saturday am team all raises !!“
“This location has really done a 360. It's the one closest to my home. I use the ap, and my order is ready when I get to the location. I have a few hiccups, but they usually rectify it immediately. The kids' attitudes have improved, the consistency of the product is getting better, and they're really engaging at the window“

“I get excellent service every time I’m here! The employees are so nice to me and my coffee always tastes great. When I have my dog with me they even give him a little pup cup and are very nice to him too! I almost always get through the drive through line pretty quickly. The location is also great, it’s super convenient for where I live and work.“

This is our first time coming to this establishment but they made us feel as if we've been long time costumers.
