For a brand new location you would think they would be more mindful of who they hire? I can see why of all the Dunkin locations this one has by far the lowest ratings.
I go through this location frequently less than a mile from my house. I ordered a large, hot sugar free latte. The girl tries to hand me an iced one without speaking a word. the lady at the window this morning was so lively & refreshing!! the receipt says kendall so we’re just gonna assume that’s her name but you made our morning with your energy girl thank you 🥹!!!

This new Dunkin' location offers good, simple coffee drinks, both hot and iced, that are made well. The layout is very nice with plenty of seating. Some staff provide outstanding and excellent customer service with an upbeat attitude, a welcoming smile, and a willingness to make things right. However, the drive-thru can have long waits, sometimes over 25 minutes for mobile orders, which can leave drinks watered down. The staff does not always seem equipped to handle a small influx of customers. While they sometimes run out of popular items like protein milk, the coffee remains a reliable choice for a quick drink.
