Despite these issues, the drive-through staff can make a positive impression, and the restaurant is located at the corner of South Tryon street. Customers have reported positive experiences, with the young man in the drive-through being described as respectful and the young woman making the coffees as making an amazing cup of coffee. Employees Jazael and Kelsey have also been praised for their excellent customer service. The restaurant has been able to accommodate orders through the app, even when certain donut flavors were not available.
