Staff very attentive.
Clean place.
Pretty Christmas tree.
Stopped in at 8:25, they close at 10. Latte machine had already been cleaned for the night and wouldn’t make our order.
Won’t be returning. It’s shame that businesses turn away customers 90 minutes before they close because they are too lazy to clean the machine AFTER closing.
On 2 occasions stopped by around 9:30 with my grand daughter, but doors were locked and employees, several of whom were visible in the store did not respond to knocks or drive thru, even though posted hours were until 10PM. Very disappointing and horrible customer service.

The drinks are made perfectly every time, especially the daily French vanilla iced latte and matcha iced latte with caramel. However, there have been issues with drink contamination, like a sparkd energy drink with unexplained white film. Overall, Dunkin' has potential for improvement, but it remains a popular spot for frequent visitors.
