Honestly, I don't know how this restaurant has 4.8 rating. First time I ate here I just had appetizers, therefore I felt any rating was not justified. The appetizers were gummy and bland. Decided to give it a second shot. Ordered the HK wonton noodle bowl. My friend who travels the world ordered the same. Not enough broth, hardly any bok choy or scallions. So dissapointed. Everything was bland. Broth had no flavor. I wanted to love this place, but we both said....we won't be back.

Wow. I'm blown away by the customer service here for dietary restrictions. I didn't even ask to be gluten-free. I just asked for no soy-sauce in my meal that otherwise was completely gluten-free. The owner came out to my table with the dish and talked to me about gluten-free options, along with letting me know they have a gluten-free soy sauce. WAY above and beyond at a time in society where having a dietary restriction seems more of an annoyance for service at restaurants these days. So THANK YOU! Definitely spreading the word. 10/10, will visit again! Oh, and the food was amazing!

This was our first time trying Eatabowl and it will be a weekly visit! The food AND service was great. We went on a Wednesday evening and there was about a 10 minute wait but tables were moving out fast (the customers were NOT being rushed!). Can't wait to revisit - our favorites were the tea, Char Siu Bao and Szechuan noodle bowl!

Best sushi I’ve had in a while. The speedy gonzales roll was incredible and I was really excited to see a roll wrapped in cucumber
The servers, staff and manager were all very nice. The restaurant was clean, spacious and had many seating options. There a two parking lots nearby for easy access. We tried the garlic ramen and spicy red with pork, both of them were delicious with a big portion. The dumplings were a tasty treat treat as well. Will definitely be returning for the ramen.

At the top of the Mooresville GOAT restaurant list. Everything is always delicious and the service is the best. Sorry to the other sushi restaurants in the ‘Mo, but nothing else comes close! We love Eat a Bowl!

Crab Rangoons were amazing. Sushi rolls were fresh and in great portions. Ordered the citrus salmon, Mr. Krab, and the eel lover- all were made with love. The xiao long bao (6) had a great broth. The braised beef noodle bowl took us by surprise, it’s more reminiscent of a beef soup than the traditional ramen- but tasted great nonetheless. Finished off with the fried Oreos (my buddy hates Oreos but tried it and loved it) and a taro milk tea.
The whole visit saw great customer service with our waitress Skylar and also a really quick turnaround for food. Most food was out within 10 minutes, some closer to 5. Will def be returning. Forgot to take photos of everything except the tea lmao
We came in around 8:00 on a Thursday night. The place wasn’t full, but for some reason the host seated us off to the side—completely alone—and in a section that didn’t even have the lights on. It felt a little like we’d been put in restaurant time-out.
Our server greeted us warmly and took our order right away, which started things off on a good note… and then she more or less vanished. The food took a while to come out, but when it did, it was actually pretty solid. We could’ve used a drink refill somewhere in there, but she never resurfaced.
All in all: good food, service was a 4/10, and the ambiance—at least in our dim little corner—missed the mark. I’d try it again, though, and hopefully the next visit will land a little better.
