“Our first experience with Playa Bowls was at this location this afternoon for lunch. Gianna seemed to be working by herself when we walked in and there was not only a line waiting to order, but people waiting for their orders. To add to the chaos, it looked like mobile orders kept popping through too. After overhearing a conversation with a coworker on the phone, she was overwhelmed but had the coolest head and was still very kind. The wait was obviously longer than you’d expect, but we walked into it and had that expectation from the get-go so it was no issue for us. In case she had a rough day today, I hope she knows she handled the situation, the sudden rush, really well! The Pura Vida and Power bowls were delicious!“

“I’ve been by a few times now and it doesn’t matter who’s working the counter they are so nice and welcoming. Somehow you walk in and even though you’ve never met them you’re suddenly close friends. It’s wild. The teas are delicious and even my picky 5 year old loved the funfetti kids protein shake.“
