My fiancée ordered d the shrimp chow mein that came in a bunch of water and iceberg lettuce with absolutely no flavor with little baby shrimp that wore disgusting as if they were bought from aldi and left sitting out all day! The sesame chicken was hard as a brick and the sauce was chunky! This place has finally put the nail in the coffin with any hopes of getting some decent Chinese food In Mooresville!

Huang's Chef is the worst Chinese restaurant in Mooresville. I went there to pick up a takeout order. There was a kid behind the counter that could not have been more than 10 years old all by himself cashing customers out. This itself is a huge violation of labor laws with working a minor. When I walked in he asked for my number and told me my food wasn't ready yet. I asked him, do you know how much longer it will be, and he just responded with a NO! Other customers around the area were rolling their eyes at the kid like he treated them the same way. Then after waiting 15 minutes and seeing a bag of food sitting on the counter since I got there, I went up and checked the receipt on the bag. It was my order! When I asked the kid about it, he said he must of mis-heard the number I said. I then quickly paid for everything to try to save what little heat the food had and rushed home. Come to find out my food was not only cold, but I was also missing items. When I called the restaurant and spoke to the owner to tell them what I went through, not only were they very rude, but they could care less. The owner said they wouldn't give me any credit, and I would have to come all the way back to the restaurant in order to get my missing items. I see with a lot of other reviews, that this is a common occurrence at this restaurant. There are a lot of better choices for Chinese food in Mooresville. Please think twice before giving Huang's Chef your business. I will never be going back.
