Johnny Brusco's New York Style Pizza

The waitress was very nice. But that’s where the positivity ends. This is a train wreck of pizza. I’ve had better pizza at a college cafeteria. It’s the kind that’s too soggy and too floppy as soon as you pick up the piece all the toppings fall off. Too much sauce on it and 20 bucks for a 12 inch pizza? Come on now that’s ridiculous. I wish I would’ve just got a frozen pizza from Harris Teeter next-door. Head back towards Mooresville and go to Tony’s or Brooklyn boys.

After ordering pizza here multiple times and receiving an amazing product every single time we decided to come in to dine in and try other food they serve.

Started off by having an amazing experience with the host/server, she was alone and she actually cared for the customers. We received a warm welcome and were able to choose any table. She immediately came to us giving suggestions about options and answered all our questions. She went above and beyond and made our experiences great.

The food was 10/10. Big servings. Fairly priced. The wife and I will be back.

I was going to order from here but after reading a few continous reviews about the work ethic of the folks in the back of the house and burning pizzas and such, I'm not sure I'm willing to pony up my money. I see responses from the customer service team, but I don't see the owners going into their establishment themselves and working the position themselves in order to stand behind their brand. Surely someone is left in ownership that originally started this brand.

Recent trip there with my mother (who has dementia) was met with consideration and compassion. Thank you for the care taken when dealing with my sweet mom. She felt special. And dinner was delicious!

This location has been struggling that past 2 months. My family loves their pizza, but this location has been burning the pizza so bad you can't even eat it. It's happened 3 times in the past two months.

The people making this pizza have to know. There is no way they don't see that they are giving customers burnt charcoal to eat. It's literally black!! I'm disappointed in their integrity to take my money knowing they sold me charcoal.

If you burn a pizza, make it right and make a new one. Don't just sell the customer charcoal. That's so dishonest and disappointing to the customer. And it's a waste of money.

My baked penne was grossly overcooked, and swimming in a watery ricotta and plum tomatoes concoction. Are they kidding me? And then they charged me $5 instead of crediting me the $15 for my meal. Goodbye. We will go to Tony's next time, where they know how to cook.

I called in a phone order and was told everything would be ready in about 30 mins.

When I arrived, only 2 of my pies were ready. I was in no rush, so I grabbed a seat and waited. The 3rd pizza was ready about 30 mins later.

The staff was very apologetic and accommodating for my wait.

I am from out of town and can say the food here is great and the service was even better!

We ordered the Great White Pizza via Uber Eats and it is not good at all. I am so disappointed, especially because we paid close to $40 for this large pizza including tip. It is overly cheesy and the chicken is bland. It is not edible and I feel like my money was wasted. Please move with caution.
