Little Caesars Reviews
Home of the hot-n-ready and no hot and ready pizzas at 6 pm. And no one waiting in the lobby. What am I missing.
normally, I have excellent service. you cant be angry at a place that hands over a lg pep for $5 even of there is a 15 minute wait. you get what you pay for. pizza isnt terrible. wings are great! HOWEVER. kelly needs to be fired. her attitude toward coworkers makes me wonder why she has a job. her counter girl was in mid sentence about only being allowed 3 in lobby when I walked in with my son, however she spoke to her counter girl like she was trash and was very belittling. Little Caesars Pizza is a restaurant that can be hit or miss. While some associates are friendly and make up for any quality issues, others can be rude and lack customer service skills. The location seems to have a staffing issue, with one employee in particular being short-tempered and unfriendly. However, there are also some standout staff members who provide excellent service. The menu offers vegetarian options, and the pizza puffs are a value despite some employees' negative attitudes towards making them. The restaurant generally serves hot and fresh food, and the lobby has a pleasant atmosphere. Customers appreciate the self-service pickup ovens, which make ordering convenient and quick. The pizza is usually pretty good and reasonably priced, making it a popular choice. During busy times, such as football games or Friday evenings, the small store can be crowded, with a line out the door, and parking can be tricky. The store itself is very small, and it can be frustrating to move around or even enter when many people are waiting in line. The parking lot is shared with other businesses and is quite busy, with traffic often slow around the shopping center. Despite these challenges, customers enjoy the value for money and the fast, hassle-free pickup. Some miss the pepperoni and cheese stuffed crust pizza, which used to have special herbs and spices. Overall, Little Caesars Pizza is a decent option, but service levels and store size can vary during busy times.
