Been to McAlister's Deli before in other areas but this was our first trip to the location in Mooresville. Overall, we had a really good experience. We ordered the pick two and got a Pecanberry Salad with a Jalapeno Turkey Crunch sandwich along with a Caesar Salad with a Spicy Southwest Chicken sandwich. The food tasted great and the prices were just as good. The service was somewhat slow but there was only one person working the counter and also a lot of to-go orders...
Okay. 2 points here for McA Deli in Mooresville. I am from Raleigh and had placed a to-go order at 8am for a 1pm pickup for an office meeting that I was having near by. I got there at 1pm. Was greeted by service saying * We do not have any chicken* . So, they had not even started making my order and they did not call me or email me to let me know and decide on another choice of meat for the sandwiches and salads. I asked why no reach out to me and was told * well, we just...
I ordered some sandwiches for my husband and I, and I did a pickup, I'm glad I went home and ate. I'm not sure if the online isn't showing stuff to the store or what. There was no pickles with my order and no extra mayo on my club whatsoever, I also wanted it on a Croissant and it ended up on wheat instead. Not a very happy experience for me as I was craving McAlisters for a few days. And was very disappointed.
