Staff were kind and efficient. Mathematically speaking, their choice to have 2 lines, one for a separate purpose than the other, is not the best... but I still spent maybe 15 mins in there total.

It might seem odd to rate anything related to the DMV this highly, but the Mooresville licence plate office does a pleasantly surprising job.They are efficient given the sheer volume that goes through, and always remain friendly.

Needs renovated, felt like I took a step back to the 60's! The employees are a little offensive and make you feel like an idoit.

Horrible!!!!!!! I turned my plate in on August 18th!!!! However it was not entered into their system until September 6th!!! Now my insurance company is coming after me for $175.85!!!!! I'm going there again tomorrow to see video footage from August 18th to show that I returned my plates on that day! I was told we can't pull that up! TECHNOLOGY or get rid of someone who is not competent with his/her job!!!!
