For the reviews I read I'll never go there

When we arrived with 12 people, we were told the wait would be about 10 minutes. That time passed and we over heard a conversation between two hostess talking about how they may need to get help up front to help with how many people were coming in and how they were struggling, which we understand this happens but it’s unprofessional to discuss this loud enough for customers to hear. Secondly, 20 minutes had passed and they said our table was almost ready but they were cleaning it off and pushing tables together and it would be about 10 minutes. We responded with “we have been told this 3 times. We understand things happen but you shouldn’t be giving false information or time frames for waiting when we can hear the entire conversation being held between hostess”. It just seemed very unorganized and unprofessional. We usually visit the Hickory location but were further downtown towards Mooresville so decided to celebrate Father’s Day here. Thankfully, the servers made up for it and gave us good service but it was slightly frustrating at first.

That was the worst dinner I've ever had. How do u mess up steak ? That's $100 I can't get back.. Will be the last time getting food here. Hard to find people that take pride in what they do anymore

This is the second and last time we will be visiting this location. Empty parking lot, staff sitting when you walk in, empty tables everywhere, but guess what? It'll be a 20-30 min wait to be seated in an empty restaurant with staff goofing off on their phone.

Watch out for quality of food. We were served sour milk to our toddler. Makes you question the quality control or lack of quality control at this branch. Will not return. Be careful here!

For the first time, the service was not very good. The food was served promptly and was good. Because the service wasn't friendly, we elected to forget desert.

Really nice Olive Garden. Staff seemed to really work well together and support each other during the busy Friday night, nice to see. Food and service were good too. Would recommend.
