Did delivery, and it's always quick. The pizza and wings were delicious and delivered hot. We ordered thin crust pizza and the roasted bone in chicken.

Ordered online delivery like I always do. Get the normal order. 1 large cheese original crust 1 large pepperoni original crust. Added boneless mild wings, and the chicken parm bites. Today everything came like it should other than the chicken parm bites. I called the store and talked to the manager and he literally argued with me that it didn’t come like that. Of all things why would I lie/ make up that I didn’t get an 9.00 thing of poppa bites. I even said the entire order was fine other than that. I order from there atleast once every other week and never had an issue until today. Whoever the manager on duty was incredibly rude. Will be contacting store manager for sure! Updated I did call again, the store manager answered my call this time, sorted it out. He was able to pull up my history and showed we ordered a lot and never had an issue or complained. Fixed the issue. Great guy. For the assistant manager-he needs some classes on customer satisfaction.

Paid $40.00 for 2 large pizza delivered and fully upset. Your pizza lacks flavor and toppings. I understand times are tuff but please. Not a happy customer. Will not order again

This is a 14in pie, and the toppings are 11in across. This means that almost 1/3 of the pizza is crust.
A=πr^2 so the area of the total pizza is almost 154in^2. The area of the toppings is 95in^2.
After subtracting these numbers, we see that the area of the crust is 59in^2.
I was assured by the manager that the pizza looked as it's supposed to, but they refused to calculate the numbers with me. They also refused to look at their own menu to compare what they're advertising to what they gave me.
They remade the pie for me, but it was undercooked - doughy - because they rushed it instead of doing it right.
This was a huge inconvenience, and I am tired of corporate franchises using math to take advantage of me.
Please complain about this to them so they fix it instead of swindling people.

Mmmm I love crust, next time I’ll just tell them to hold the cheese and sauce and just give me crust. Seems like that’s their goal anyway. In all seriousness, we complained to the manager about this who refused to look at the pictures of the their pizzas to compare. He said our pizza was normal. This pizza is almost half crust. Bye bye forever
