Best sushi in Mooresville!
Stop by for a quick bite and they have a happy hour decent priced appetizers and sushi rolls. Food was very well prepared best crab dumplings I have ever had. Service was great. Sushi was very good as well definitely will be back.

We were in the area for an errand and decided to stop in for a mid week dinner. We have always enjoyed the quality of the food and presentation at the restaurant. We were greeted by two hosts and selected outside seating for our meals. The patio is tree lined and offers a nice outdoor setting.
Our server was a bit frazzled and stated he had multiple tables, inside and out, so we embraced ourselves for not their standard service. This proved true when we ask to sample two wines to decide on our selection. Our server stated we should go inside to the bar to get the samples as he was busy juggling tables. I agreed and went inside and imagine my surprise when the server went behind the bar to pour our taste. I brushed it off as just an off night.
Our dinner order took some time to receive (30 minutes) so we enjoyed the Albariño wine while listening to Latin music being played on the patio (not standard atmosphere for an Asian restaurant). The food and presentation of the sashimi was nice and very flavorful. The Albariño paired nicely.
Overall, mixed dining experience influenced by service and odd ambiance of the outdoor seating area. We might try them again in the future with the hopes of improved service.

Always amazing food. Hands down the best sushi spot in the area. Brian was a fantastic server. Very attentive, accommodating, friendly, and highly knowledgeable of menu items. 10/10 recommend coming in and requesting Brian.

The Mermaid drink and the Yoshi roll were sooooooo good. Best sushi roll I've ever had. This place rocks.
Sushi is always great! Tuna, cucumber salad is a must try!

This was our second visit. First was in 2021. The service and quality of the fish were the same during both visits that were a few years apart, which was very mediocre at best. Not much flavor which probably means, not that fresh. The actual sit-at sushi bar isn't active and instead, they use it to store supplies, so visually, no appealing. We ate at the bar and the bartender was busy so the service had much room for improvement, though she was very nice. Honestly, I could get a better tasting roll at the deli of Harris Teeter. The whole experience (food, service, ambiance) was disappointing at both visits. We will not go a third time.

Food was good, the service was fair and the the atmosphere was OK. My first experience here so I don't want to be too critical. We did have a rather large party (20) so maybe they are not used to that many people on a Tuesday night. The delicious drinks made up for the lack of ambiance and speed.
