If I could give a zero star I would for service. Order was missing an item and was delivered by door dash. I’m not sure who checks it but it’s not my problem. At the moment I’ve got three phones on hold. One is going on 30 minutes now. The call center said the store is closed for 5 minutes. I guess it’s time to go to another place. So after all of this time we have eaten the rest of our food but boneless wings won’t be here. Glad I tipped so well to get screwed. After a funeral today it would’ve been nice to get all of our food. Finally what is the deal where I can’t get someone in the store from 7:40 to 8:15.

As the previous reviews suggest, this Pizza Hut location has been consistently terrible. Tonight, we tried to give them one more chance and they failed again in spectacular fashion. We ordered almost $50 worth of food, only to get a phone call to let us know they were “sold out” of pan pizza crust. How lazy does a franchise have to be not to be willing to create more pan pizza crust on a Friday night. Not only is the manager and the employees lazy and unprofessional, they seem to care very little about customer service. I even told the manager of the restaurant Intended to leave a negative to review and he said, “That’s ok, we get a lot of those.”
I’d say customers beware, but folks can make their own choice on this one. Wow!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would never order from here ever again !! I placed a pick up order on April 7 to get a pizza came to the pick up location website says they are open but when I got there nobody was there and they still accepted payment for the pizza that I never got and I called up there and spoke to the manager and he said they would issue a refund I never got my pizza and never got my refund I will never come back here terrible business!
WARNING: DO NOT take a chance eating here! This place has had a horrible smell for almost a decade now (since I moved to Mooresville!) And I am currently typing this while feeling sick having just eaten here.
I would highly recommend going to the location off Shearers RD; next to Domino's and Food Lion. That location is clean, consistent, and generally has good service with a good amount of employees.
I'm sure the workers do their best here at this location (Norman Station Blvd). MANAGEMENT is to blame. If you are at all responsible for managing this location: SHAME ON YOU. There is only ever one [maybe two] employees working. And you KNOW they are not getting paid well. This location has been under renovation for almost two years now. This place still smells bad, and you can smell it from outside and through the drive through window. Again, if you are a manager of this establish; you are doing a HORRIBLE job!
And reader, please believe me when I say that I've given this place chances before, but learn from my mistakes. Don't risk getting sick from some smelly Pizza Hut! Driving across town does suck, but so does feeling sick 😥

Place smells like feet when you can get in. Food either takes forever or is room temp. Just ate there tonight and my partner soon got very sick with sulfur burps. Totally not worth it because the food was mid - being charitable.
They had one lady running the whole store, so I understand why the doors are locked, but having a singular worker doing all that alone is unacceptable on management's part. Also the doors have been locked for a long time at this point, I assume this location is due to close just based on appearance and performance.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PIZZA HUT. GO TO ANY OTHER PIZZA HUT OR DOMINO'S (we have 3 in Mooresville and they're all way better)

Ordered a delivery, 2 hrs later go to check the status and seen they closed the store. No pizza no phone call just nothing. Had to call and wait on hold 30mins to cancel order. Very upset

TLDR: Ordered pizza but the location was a ghost town. No one on staff. Waited 45 minutes and never saw a soul inside the restaurant. Left with no pizza, disappointed kids, and frustrated.
Ordered a pizza online and then left after it was said to be completed. When I got to the restaurant the front doors were closed and there was no one at the drive through window. I sat for 10 minutes and then called the restaurant. After 4 calls I finally got a human to answer where they said they would meet me at the front. I pulled around to the front and no one came out. I ended up leaving, after they charged my card, with no pizza, an hour after having placed the order.

👎👎 They are slower than Thanksgiving dinner. They also have a dining room but it is useless since the doors are always locked. Poor service, poor management!
P.S. if you’re door dashing and they ask you to pull back around, tell them you had to wait and so can they because as soon as you go to pull around 5 cars will pull in and beat you and then you’ll either have to massing or sit there and wait for an additional 30 mins when the order was supposed to be already be done 15 mins ago! 😡🤬🤯😤 These ppl need to find a different manager. 👎👎

I ordered my pizza online around 10 pm. When I got home and sat down to eat it was around 10:30 pm. The stuffed crust pizza they gave me looked like it was sitting around in a warmer for a few hours. I called the location and got someone from overseas who finally transferred me to the location. A girl answered and I told her I had just ordered and the stuffed crust pizza I had picked up was really old and would like a replacement and I would bring the old one back to them. The girl said “We are closed” . It was before 11 pm when the restaurant closes I said no, it’s only 10:30. She said “We closed and we want to go home!” Then hung up on me. I tried to call back but when they transferred me to the restaurant no one would answer. This location closes early ALL the time. I called there this morning and talked to a manager (Jadon) who told me they were short staffed and they knew they close early but they have no one to replace them so they have to keep them until they find better help. He wanted to make me a pizza at 11 am while I was at work. I said no thank you. I asked for a higher ups phone number but they would not give it to me. They said they would give my number to Shelly and have her call me but she hasn’t called me as of yet. I also left a message with corporate and still have not gotten a call back. Just warning you if you want Pizza Hut at night DO NOT GO TO THE NORMAN STATION LOCATION.
