The employees are always very nice here! The pizza is not always very consistent though. Some days it's the best pizza ever, and some days it's... well, disappointing to say the least. The building itself is dark and dank, and the ceiling is filthy. I shudder to think what lurks above those ceiling tiles, especially considering how stained they are. This location is probably over 20 years old, and it looks like it hasn't ever seen a refresh since it was first...
Food was delicious but most importantly good customer service is rare these days. I spoke with a gentleman over the phone because I was having trouble with the Pizza Hut app. Even though he wasn’t able to help me with the app, he apologized for the inconvenience and told me to refresh the app a couple times to see if it would help. I know this may seem little to some but it meant a lot to me. Keep up the good work Pizza Hut!!
The food was cold when I received it. After taking a few bites, I realized it wasn't fully cooked and had to stick it in the oven to finish cooking it. But on a good note, the delivery person put it right where I wanted it.
