Service is horrible! We arrived at the store at 3pm. After ordering , we waited & watched 4 people who came in after us get their orders before us. We then asked about our order & they had no idea what it was. There were 6 people behind the counter & no one was working on our order . After telling them our order for the 4th time , they said “we’ll print & get it out to you” . At this time, other customers are coming in & getting their order still before us. The weekend employees are rude ; they mess up your order and have to sit until they remake the order. Majority of the young employee females are more interested in running to the back of the store to joke and play with the young employee males. They won’t allow you to scan your app because they’re in a rush to get to the back of the store. From now on, I’ll just be going to the Huntersville store .
