I won't judge the understaffed part, but when we got there it was packed. Probably took a good 45 minutes between placing the order and getting the food. The (as far as I could tell) one waitress on was doing the best she could and was extremely nice, and the food was classic sonic.

I went there on Friday April 4th around 2:45 pm the manager (she was a woman) took time to make my food fresh. She told me not to worry she took my experience personal I don’t know her name but she was amazing!

Tony saved a very screwed up visit to this Sonic. We came in for the deals on the app. Placed the app order and watched the progress of our order on the screen. It got to “ your order will be there shortly” and disappeared. We waited for about 30-40 minutes. They were busy. When we hit the button to check, the girl who answered was very relieved that we had hit the button and out our food came.
