I am very surprised at the ratings of this place. I hate giving bad reviews, but the sushi here was some of the worst I have ever had. We live in the Midwest in a small town and have sushi in grocery stores that tastes better that this. I’m not sure if it’s because of the holiday or what, but sushi here is very over priced and poor quality. Was very disappointed as we were really looking forward to sushi…

Awesome All 'Round Experience: The sushi rolls, appetizers, drinks, and entrees are the best Japanese fare I've eaten anywhere: always scrumptious, generous in portion, and prepared with flair and creativity. The genuinely attentive, helpful and uplifting staff have remembered us from the beginning (even when we miss our monthly engagement). Everything about this restaurant is done with care from the exotic meal predation to the relaxed attmosphere that feels like family. Although the bill gets a bit pricey with varieties of saki, mixed drinks, and beer added, the meal and the service is well worth it.

This is one of our favorite places for a quick lunch or date night. The service is always very friendly, orders are always correct, food is delicious. Love that they are always willing to recommend a new dish and they are always our new favorite! We have a whole list of favs now 💕

There are cockroaches in this place, multiple live and dead ones in traps that have not been monitored. The sanitation rate is only at a 92/93 so I am not surprised......After hours employees smoke cigarettes in the establishment. 1/10 do not recommend!

Not sure what happened last night but the level of service was not good. We had a waitress that worked the bar but was also suppose to be tending to us. Short staffed perhaps but nevertheless does not excuse the fact the only thing we got in a hour was sushi but not the Hibachi plate of shrimp and steak. The waitress comes back once to fill our waters once and says she forgot to put our order in. How? Never have I ever seen this but still being pleasant I said my friend wanted to order something to go in which we did. She says she was sorry and the food would be comped but her energy seemed like she didn't want to be bothered. She further says your food will be ready shortly to go. My food was suppose to be for here but hers to go. Needless to say im appauled with the lack of true concern that was displayed during service but more of a rush to get us out. FYI, we were seated in a corner booth around 7:30 last night.
