I ordered a salad from them cause I am at work with my co workers and I got an poor sickly salad that did not have no color or lively to it it was just what it was smh as I was pissed off didnt accommodate me with anything or even half my money back just got to watch where you ate and where just bring my lunch to work that all safe

Never answer the phone and even when you place a phone order, you still have to wait when you come to pickup because it hasn't been done. Too expensive to put up with the hassle tbh

My husband and I stopped here after driving for 10 hours. It was 15 minutes before they closed. The staff were friendly and the food was fresh. We didn't eat the subs until after we left and checked into our hotel. These were one of the best subs we've ever had. It's too bad we'll probably never be in Mooresville again to have the pleasure of eating another sub from here.

Long time customer. First time I called in to order, since I was in a hurry to get back home. 15 minutes after ordering, I walk into the restaurant. Order was not started yet. I waited another full 10 minutes while the 3 employees were waiting on walk in customers and doing other things. Then I received my order. Had I just walked in to order, I feel I would’ve received my order more quickly, since one customer came in, ordered 3 sandwiches, and left before I did. Sandwiches are good. Processes need improvement.

The food was good. The reason it gets a one star. Is I told somebody there was mold. And the fountain machine. Apparently he thought it was more important to greet the customers. Then to clean the mold off of the fountain drink machine. Makes you wonder if they're taking the nozzles off the fountain drink and putting them in the sanitizer and cleaning correctly. I won't be back ever again. The very bottom or the ice and extra liquid goes there's two gray little plastic pieces and you can see where the black and gray mold is. I was polite and spoke to him away from customers. But for him not to do anything about it this is the reason why I'm telling everybody now.
