Apps & Taps is a great little dive bar nestled up high on a hill overlooking Lake Norman with plenty of boat parking and $5 bloody marys on Sunday!We kind of stumbled upon this place after failing to find a boat slip at the neighboring restaurants but I'm so glad we did! Good menu selection....but the pizza is some of the best in the area! Full bar with equal indoor and outdoor seating. Big parking lots but with the three businesses together on the water parking can be tricky, especially if there is a concert in their upstairs venue the pontoon.

Went here without lookint at the reviews and wish I did ahead of time...Just some quick reasons why I do NOT recommend this place:-only 2 highchairs total in the restaurant (according to the server). The two are the regular size. 90% of the tables here are bar height. You would need to stack 3 highchairs on top of one another for it to be the right size.-it took 8 mins to get a glass of water.
